Landscapes of dreams to the Balearics
The bay of Alcudia : This destination can be enjoyed with the family or with friends. Here all ages can enjoy a big sandy beach with a lot of hustle and bustle or if you’d rather spend the day at the aquatic park Hydropark Alcudia (open from May to October) you can do that too! If you come in summer, you will have the opportunity to go to the Fiesta de Sant Cristòfol in July or to the Fiesta de Santa Candida in Llucmajor, which occurs the 2nd Sunday of August.
Costa Dorada
Cambrils : an excellent family destination with the charm of a little fishing village. Looking for sights the whole family will enjoy? Take a train to nearby towns, discover old town Cambrils; visit the park del Pescado (Fisherman’s park), or explore the park del pinaret (the newest and largest park). Also, be sure to wander over to the park Port Aventura (20 minutes from Cambrils) for the arrival of fisherman at 4pm.
Salou : with a variety of activities to choose from this is a destination suited for young people or the family. If you enjoy relaxing days on the beach with the calming sound of the ocean waves the beaches of Salou is the place for you. If you prefer lots of activity and excitment the PortAventura Resort offers a theme park with one of the fastest roller coasters in Europe and on summer nights from June to August you can enjoy the FiestaAventura which showcases fireworks, fountains, and parade floats. If you are looking for a more mild adventure be sure to visit Tarragone (11 km from Salou) and take a walk in the public park (a real oasis of auiet and freshness)!
La Costa del Sol
Marbella : one of the most important tourist centers of Costa del Sol is located here, with its famous beaches and the good quality of services offered. Marbella is also a paradise for golf lovers ! The marina of Puerto Banus in Marbella is a renowned, known for expensive shopping malls, restaurants, bars, and a popular place for international celebrities and exotic cars.
Nerja : 58 km from Malaga, the life in Nerja is very pleasant as it offers a little bit of everything. Enjoy its cliffs, many coves, and subtropical climate !
